My quest begins at the Refuge Napoleon, near the Col de Vars where I sit and wait for a peddler to give me information ... then on through Fortune and St. Catherine ... and finally Guillestre to ask the archbishop of Embrun himself where I can find my hand.

You can decide to do the tour village by village, in whatever order you fancy, but that way you will not be able to follow all my adventures, especially the end!
